The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill the company’s staffing needs. Additional duties include collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements, building candidate pipelines, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will play a key role in driving team growth and ensuring the company attracts top talent.QualificationsStrong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessmentProficiency in developing job descriptions and conducting recruitment strategiesUnderstanding of human resources and compliance with recruitment policiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal teamsAbility to handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite
