Job Description

We are looking for Technical Project Lead/ Manager with 7+ years of experience who can lead end-to-end program execution, managing scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholders. Drive Agile/SAFe practices, backlog health, and delivery cadence. Leverage SDLC, CI/CD, and tools like JIRA/Confluence for tracking and metrics. Enable cross-functional collaboration, resolve blockers, ensure quality outcomes, and foster continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and leadership.Role & Responsibilities:Program Management Concepts- Manage scope, schedule, estimation, cost, and stakeholder alignment effectively. - Follow SDLC/Project lifecycle and drive release planning and delivery. - Create and track project plans; leverage tools for visibility and decision-making. - Use structured frameworks like STAR for problem-solving and communication. - Handle escalations, drive urgency, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvements. - Monitor program metrics and articulate progress clearly.Agile Methodologies & Practices- Promote Lean thinking and support teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, XP. - Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, estimation, reviews) and SAFe practices like PI planning. - Use tools like JIRA, Rally, Confluence for tracking and dashboards. - Drive agile metrics and ensure backlog health and flow.Technical & Functional Understanding- Explain product flows, system architecture, and design thinking. - Support CI/CD, branching strategies, and DevOps/Release processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across stacks and domains.Leadership & Collaboration- Enable cross-team cadence, synchronize dependencies, and remove blockers. - Guide teams through ambiguity; ensure outcomes from inception to delivery. - Maintain transparent, up-to-date backlogs and communicate across levels. - Mentor, coach, and support team growth and recruiting.
