Required Total Experience: 7+ yearsWork location: Bangalore.Relevant Experience (In Yrs): Vulnerability Management -7 to 12 years Job Description: Key Responsibilities:Discovery & Asset Inventory:Perform regular network and system discovery scans using tools like Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 (Tenable preferred).Collaborate with IT and business units to map discovered assets to responsible teams.Maintain and improve the accuracy of the asset inventory database.Vulnerability Assessment:Conduct vulnerability scans across endpoints, servers, cloud environments, and applications.Analyze scan results to identify critical vulnerabilities and assess their impact.Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, exploitability, and business context.Remediation Coordination:Work closely with system owners and technical teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities.Track and report on remediation progress and compliance with SLAs.Provide guidance and technical support for patching and configuration changes.Reporting & Metrics:Develop dashboards and reports to communicate vulnerability status, trends, and risk posture to stakeholders.Present findings to senior leadership and recommend strategic improvements.Process Improvement & Automation:Suggest required process to be followed for any GAPs identified.Identify opportunities to automate scanning, reporting, and asset correlation processes.Contribute to the development and refinement of vulnerability management policies and procedures.
