About HerbalmaxHerbalmax is a fast-growing nutraceutical brand specializing in Skin Health, Men’s Wellness, Weight Management, and Daily Nutrition.Our product range includes Glutathione, Collagen, ACV Effervescent, Mancare Kits, and Ayurveda-based supplements — designed to deliver visible results with a science-backed approach.At Herbalmax, we don’t just sell supplements — we build long-term wellness transformations.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive with a Dietitian profile who can convert Abandoned Cart and Delivered Customer data into repeat, loyal buyers.The role requires consultative selling, nutrition understanding, and proactive customer engagement — guiding customers on product benefits, usage, and combinations for the best results.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and engage with Abandoned Cart leads to convert potential customers into confirmed buyers.Connect with Delivered Customers for feedback, result tracking, and repeat purchase pitching.Explain product benefits, usage, dosage, and dietary guidance (e.g., how to use Collagen + Glutathione combo, or ACV before meals).Handle customer objections smartly and ensure high conversion & retention rates.Update and manage all calls, remarks, and follow-ups in the Herbalmax CRM system.Share diet & product recommendations based on customer goals (e.g., glow, weight loss, stamina).Track and report conversion %, retention %, and repeat order metrics.Coordinate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale service.Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with new launches & campaigns.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate / B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharma, or Health Science preferred.Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, wellness consultation, or nutraceutical product sales.Good understanding of Herbalmax supplement categories (Skin, Weight, Men’s Health, Ayurveda).Excellent communication in Hindi & English — persuasive and friendly tone.Basic CRM handling and follow-up discipline.Result-oriented mindset with focus on customer satisfaction & retention.Key TraitsConfident speaker with empathy and patience.Passionate about health, nutrition, and customer success stories.Ability to explain complex health concepts in simple terms.Consistent performer with sales hunger and a service mindset.CompensationFixed salary + Attractive performance incentives on conversion & retention.Monthly recognition and growth opportunities (Senior Wellness Consultant / Retention Lead).Work DetailsLocation: Herbalmax HQ, GurgaonWork Mode: On-site
