Roles and Responsibilities -- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps andgenerate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of thecompany- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including productideation, product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation - Analyze data to get meaningful customer and business insights - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimalresourcesDesired skills and Experience -- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicaterecommendations to executive management- Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); provenability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.- Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies,and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.- Having knowledge and understanding of various technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred - Experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) and holding relevant certifications will be an added advantage. - Understanding of latest technology stacks and APIs is plus
