Led by senior Speech-Language Pathologist Ms. Aneesya Rajan, the center provides expert services in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Behavioral support. Using an evidence-based and child-centered approach, the team strives to empower children to communicate, learn, and grow with confidence. MTW collaborates closely with families to achieve meaningful developmental milestones for each child.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech-Language Pathologist will develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual children, assist in rehabilitation for feeding difficulties , and work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support children’s developmental growth. Regular documentation and progress reporting will also be key components of the role.Qualifications- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing speech and language disorders - Skills in assessing and treating speech-related challenges, including work on communication abilities - Expertise in Oral Placement Therapy, - Expertise in AAC - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - State licensure or certification as required to practice Speech-Language Pathology. - Previous professional experience in pediatric therapy is preferred - Compassionate and patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to helping children achieve their potential
