Let me know if interested.Share the CV and details:EMEA renewals exp:Portuguese language:Curr CTC:Exp CTC:Notice:Fine with hybrid for BangaloreJD:About the role- Meet quarterly and annual targets. - Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Arcserve maintenance and subscription renewal. - Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-day basis. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction. - Leverage an understanding of partner and customer success principles, approaches and metrics when working with at-risk partners and customers.Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams.PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:- 4+ years in customer facing roles including renewals, Inside sales, account management, customer support, etc. - Prior experience in working with Latin America customers is preferred. - A minimum of C1/C2 Level certiication / Advance Degree or Diploma in Portuguese required. - Ability to work in the evening shift. - Strong verbal and written communication skills required. - Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to success. - Experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines. - Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn. - Highly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach. - Proficiency with Excel, & SalesforceShare CV and details:Renewal exp:EMEA region exposure:Curr CTC:Exp CTC:Notice:3 Days WFO:Regards,Sonal Ghargesonal.gharge@Arcserve India| Assured Recovery » Facebook » Twitter » LinkedIn » YouTube
