This is a high-impact leadership role.Roles & Responsibilities- Full ownership of Procurement, Vendor Development, Contracts, Logistics & Stores - Build scalable SCM systems, processes and team from near-scratch - Drive category strategy & cost optimisation for structural steel, PUF panels, prefab panels, cement boards, roofing, cladding , MEP and related items - Negotiate and lock long-term contracts with Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers pan-India - Ensure on-time material availability for 10x growth while reducing costs year-on-yearMust-Have- B.E./B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical - 12–15 years experience - Deep procurement expertise in structural steel (HSS, RHS, built-up sections), PUF panels, sandwich panels, cement boards, PPGL/GI roofing, MEP items - Existing strong relationships with major steel mills, panel manufacturers and fabricators - Worked in EPC giants AND in high-growth startups - Proven experience of setting up SCM systems from zero in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on with vendor negotiation, rate contracts and cost reduction - Exposure to ERP implementation & dashboardingWhat We Offer- CTC: Up to ₹20 lakhs per annum (flexible for the right candidate) - Significant equity in a high-growth startup - Chance to build and lead a critical function from the front - Work directly with founders and top-tier investors
