Hiring: Infra Engineer (Linux/Windows – Incident & Event Management)Location: BangaloreShift: 24×7 RotationalFunction: Lenovo – SAP Managed ServicesRole OverviewWe are looking for an Infra Engineer to proactively monitor and manage infrastructure-level alerts and incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of SAP landscapes hosted on Azure and AWS.Key Responsibilities- Monitor infrastructure alerts (CPU, memory, disk, network) using Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Zabbix. - Validate, troubleshoot, and escalate critical alerts to SMEs within defined SLAs. - Perform OS-level troubleshooting and service restarts for Windows & Linux (SLES/RHEL) servers. - Coordinate with Cloud/Platform teams for VM restoration, scaling, and resource optimization. - Review logs, identify anomalies, and support incident investigations. - Execute patching and OS updates as per maintenance schedules. - Maintain configuration, capacity, and availability dashboards. - Contribute to DR drills, post-incident reviews, and RCA preparation.Core Technical Skills- Windows & Linux Server Administration (SLES/RHEL) - Azure: VMs, Storage, Load Balancers, NSGs - AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, Route 53 - Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zabbix - Automation using Bash / PowerShellPreferred Certifications- Microsoft AZ-104 - AWS SysOps Administrator – AssociateExperience & Competencies- 3–8 years of experience in infrastructure support within a managed services environment - Strong collaboration with Basis, DB, and Cloud teams - Customer-first mindset with a focus on minimizing infra-related downtimeKey Performance Indicators- Infrastructure uptime - Alert response & resolution time - Change success rate
