Testing and Optimization SpecialistProject Role : Digital Testing and Optimization Manager/ Consultant - Testing & personalization Project Role Description :Ideate, Design, build and manage optimization roadmap to meet business process and application requirements. Not just execute the test defined by stakeholder Overall Work Experience : 8+ years Work location : Remote Must Have Skills :Proficient in Adobe Target and Optimizely,Adobe Analytics or GA4, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Good To Have Skills : Adobe Audience Manager , AEM, Power BI/Looker/Tableau Timings : 2pm to 11pm (Overlap with US timezone)Key ResponsibilitiesExperimentation and Testing : Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely. Independently generate innovative testing ideas and strategies, formulate sound hypotheses and share out the results post testing. Analytical Skills:Identify key testing areas and define problem areas using strong analytical skills. Evaluate data from various sources for informed decision-making. Build ad hoc reports, dashboards to convey the insight and automate where required. Stakeholder Management:Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into testing use cases. Efficiently manage stakeholder expectations throughout the testing process. Metrics Definition : Define KPIs and metrics, regularly reporting on test performance. Self-Sufficiency : Own the end-to-end process, from idea generation to comprehensive reporting. Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of results. Platform Expertise : Proficiently use Adobe Target and Optimizely for effective testing, superior BI skills – Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc and subject matter expertise in Web and AdTech stack – GA 4/ Omniture and DCM etc. Stay updated on platform features and best practices. Continuous Improvement : Monitor industry trends and suggest process improvements within the optimization workflow. Proactively enhance testing methodologies. Analytical Thinker : Interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Innovative Problem Solver:Creatively solve optimization challenges. Proactive Attitude :Independently explore new testing ideas and ownership to see the idea launch Detail-Oriented :Ensure accuracy in experiment setup and analysis. Effective Communicator :Clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology. Masters or Analytics degrees a plus 8+ years overall experience with Adobe Target (aka Test & Target), Optimizely or Monetate with at least 1-2 years as a developer developing custom codes, javascripts and tag elements 2+ years experience designing, running and reporting on multivariate and A/B tests 2+ years of experience using Adobe Target or Optimizely (aka Test & Target) for delivering dynamic and personalized site experiences Adobe Target or Optimizely certification is a huge plus Legal subscription/SaaS platform experience is a plus
