Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency.Role DescriptionTo handle and expand the existing Institutional sales - manage existing aggregator, corporates and educational institute tie-ups and to explore newer business opportunities.Job Responsibilites- Manage and expand the existing business by ensuring strong performance, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.- Establish new partnerships with relevant aggregators, food partners, corporates, and educational institutions to widen market reach.- Coordinate with Regional Managers whenever required to support business initiatives and ensure smooth regional operations.- Monitor day-to-day sales closely, track performance trends, and take timely actions to address deviations.- Analyse regional factors impacting sales, including competition, demand patterns, pricing, and operational challenges, and recommend appropriate measures.- Carry out monthly reconciliation of payment receivables, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.Pre Requisites- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Possess excellent organizational skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
