Role: Product Solution EngineerExp: 7+ YearsLocation: Gurugram (Hybrid)About the Role:The role focuses on extensive solutioning expertise, with Experience as Data Management SME/Engineer.Key Role and Responsibilities:Understanding Client Requirements- Gathering business and technical needs. - Mapping pain points and desired outcomes.Solution Design- Configuring or customizing the product to fit client workflows. - Creating integration plans (APIs, data flows, automation).Technical Validation- Running Proof of Concepts (PoC), demos, and feasibility checks. - Ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.Implementation & Enablement- Supporting deployment, onboarding, and training. - Collaborating with engineering and product teams for enhancements.Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support- Building proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions. - Driving adoption and continuous improvement.Must Haves:- Candidates with 7-8 years or 10+ years’ experience. - Experience in product development & solution designing. - Strong problem-solving - The candidate must have a background in Big Data technologies, specifically Spark and Hadoop. - Experience with Oracle databases and SQL is essential. - GCP experience is a plus, as is prior experience with Banking Compliance. - The candidate should be capable of independently driving their responsibilities. - Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Protection Regulations is an added advantage.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 7+ years of relevant experience.Key Skills:Product Development, Product Solution, Data Governance, Compliance, Big Data technologies
