About the Role:Narayana Health is one of India’s leading healthcare organizations with a clear vision to shape the future of healthcare delivery. We are seeking a Group Head – Advocacy & Strategic Liaison to drive external engagement and influence strategy.You will forge partnerships with governments, industry bodies, and global stakeholders, represent NH in key policy and ecosystem forums, and create high-impact opportunities for the Board and Leadership to shape India’s healthcare landscape.Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, BangaloreQualifications:- Master’s Degree, preferably in public policy, regulatory affairs, healthcare management & public health would be an advantageExperience:- 15+ years in public affairs, government relations, strategic partnerships, preferably in healthcare, defense, infrastructure or regulated sectors - Deep understanding of India’s healthcare policy landscape, regulatory framework, public-private partnership models - Experience in shaping policy outcomes, securing institutional partnerships, and driving systemic changeKey Deliverables:1) Government & Policy Advocacy- Drive NH’s influence with key ministries, regulatory bodies, and public institutions. - Represent the Chairman’s Office on major policy forums and industry platforms. - Protect and advance NH’s business interests through strategic engagement with central and state agencies. - Strengthen NH’s voice in shaping healthcare reforms, regulations, and investment climate.2) Regulatory Intelligence & Institutional Alignment- Track evolving healthcare regulations and assess strategic implications across multiple jurisdictions. - Enable proactive risk mitigation and decision support for Board and executive leadership.3) Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership- Build and deepen alliances with policymakers, industry associations, global health organizations, and academia. - Lead coalition participation (FICCI, CII, NATHEALTH, etc.) to co-create impactful healthcare models and initiatives. - Position NH as a thought leader through keynote engagements and high-visibility public representation.Critical Skills Required:- Demonstrated excellence in strategic communication and executive messaging. - Proven ability to influence through powerful public speaking and thought leadership. - Skilled in engaging and managing relationships with senior government and industry stakeholders. - Strong executive presence with the gravitas to represent leadership at the highest platforms. - Fluent in English, with the advantage of additional language proficiency for broader influence.
