(M.Sc.) or fresh Ph.D. - SRS: 5–8 yrs. (M.Sc.) or 2–4 yrs. (Ph.D.) - Biocatalysis: Enzyme selection/screening, cofactor recycling, immobilization basics, solvent/aqueous systems, pH/DO/mass transfer control, scale‑up, green metrics - Purification/ Downstream (from industry): Clarification, precipitation, AKTA/FPLC, chromatography (Affinity/IEX/HIC/SEC), UF/DF/TFF, solvent exchange, crystallization/lyophilization. - Analytics/Tools: HPLC/UPLC, GC, LC‑MS, SDS‑PAGE, chiral analytics, DoE (JMP/Minitab), ELN/LIMS, strong Excel/data handling.Functional Competencies: Scientific knowledge, Experimental skills, Documentation, Data reporting, analysis and interpretationBehavioural Competencies: Drive for result, Clear communication, Safety/process adherence, Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
