The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and effective decision-making under pressure. Leadership ability and domain understanding are critical for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for RMS and trading modules - Validate risk checks, margin calculations, exposure limits, and order validations - Prepare detailed test plans and test scenarios - Document defects with clear reproducible steps and collaborate with developers for resolution - Support production issues by performing root cause analysis - Lead QA efforts for RMS-related enhancements or projectsRequired Skills:- Strong practical experience in the RMS area of stock market domain - Knowledge of order lifecycle, trading systems, and exchange workflows - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and perform effectively in high-pressure situationsGood to Have:- Technical exposure such as SQL queries, API testing, automation tools, scripting, etc.
