Technical Support – AnalyticsZENNER AquametZENNER operates a secure LoRaWAN® network for residential and real estate industries, municipalities, energy suppliers, and industrial customers. As a LoRaWAN® network operator ZENNER ensures that the managed network customers do not need to handle this registration. Additionally, we run an ISO 27001-certified platform, the ZENNER Datahub, for secure data exchange. As an active sponsor member of the LoRa Alliance®, ZENNER is a leader in the innovative wireless standard for IoT applications, known for its wide transmission range, excellent building penetration, and energy efficiency.Your ResponsibilitiesUse existing analytics features to create added value and enable proactive action.Independently optimize and expand analytics functions using modern cloud technologies.Create, extend, and automate reports in the support context.Use existing KPIs and develop extensions or new KPIs as needed.Assist customers and partners in resolving technical challenges.Independently handle support cases until resolution.Analyze and resolve issues using standard solutions (knowledge base, remote maintenance/diagnostic procedures) or escalate as necessary.Maintain active knowledge transfer internally and externally.Document processes and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation.Relay insights for continuous product improvement.Provide project support for the development of our software.Your ProfileStrong understanding of technical contexts and complex issues.Structured and independent work style, reliability, and customer focus.Communicative and motivated to learn new things.Enjoy working with customers and addressing technical challenges.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Completed B.Tech or BE in Computer ScienceInitial professional experience in a consulting or technical role.Practical experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).Experience with microservice architecture implementation and APIs.Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for data.Initial experience in data analysis and possibly machine learning.
