Business Development Director – Energy / Oil & GasLocation: Devanahalli, BangaloreExperience: 15–20 yearsWe are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for our precision components, assemblies, and turnkey solutions business within the Energy & Oil & Gas sector.Key Responsibilities:• Lead strategic growth initiatives and scale revenue significantly over the next 3–4 years.• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier-1 clients.• Drive end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.• Partner closely with engineering & manufacturing teams to deliver customised technical solutions.• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure delivery excellence through cross-functional coordination.• Represent the organisation at industry forums and strengthen brand presence.Requirements:• 15–20 years of BD experience in Energy / Oil & Gas, with strong technical understanding of CNC machining, assemblies, and precision manufacturing.• Proven ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets.• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.• Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.• Experience working with global clients is an advantage.
