Summary:As an “AI/ML Innovation Engineer” at Ashley Furniture, you will collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and implement AI, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions to drive impactful business outcomes. You will contribute to the entire AI/ML project lifecycle, including researching advanced techniques, developing and optimizing models, prototyping innovative features, and supporting production deployments. This role requires hands-on skills in building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python and related tools. A strong understanding of AI applications, enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI solutions are essential.
