We are passionate about providing solutions to challenging real-world problems.Follow us on: DescriptionCandidate will work with teams to establish design requirements and ensure designs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Creating & manipulating solid models - Experience with designing weld fixtures and tooling - Experience in creating weldment drawings - Thorough knowledge of actuators and clamping devices - Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems design, power packs, NPT standards, hydraulic lines - Assist in creating technical documents that will provide engineering requirements for designs and repairs. - Interfacing and coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines to promote the exchange of necessary data - Technical data review & interpretation - Training/mentoring junior engineers to further grow design team - Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and discussions (Design, Structures, Project)Preferred Experience and Skills- Microsoft office - Experience with 3D CAD software - SolidWorks - Reading technical prints - Technical writing and documentation - Strong communication and collaboration - Part stack-up analysis and fit checksEducation RequirementsAS or BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology such as:- Aerospace - Mechanical - Power Generation / Power Plants - AutomotiveSkills & Experience- 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD), Design, Documentations, SolidWorks, Tolerance Analysis, Tolerance Stack Ups
