Job DescriptionBIM Modeler – Mechanical (MEP)Company: AEC AssociatesLocation: Noida, Sector 125AEC Associates is expanding its MEP team and is seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC/mechanical systems design and BIM coordination for building projects.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and review mechanical (HVAC) systems for MEP projects, including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and exhaust systems.Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using Revit MEP and other relevant software.Develop BIM models as per project standards and LOD requirements.Coordinate with Electrical and Plumbing teams to ensure integrated MEP designs.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications in compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS codes, and project standards.Assist in site visits, inspections, clash detection, and quality checks.Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Identify design issues and propose technical solutions.Coordinate with procurement teams for material selection and approvals.Stay updated with latest industry codes, technologies, and BIM best practices.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.5–7 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC MEP design, BIM modeling, and site coordination.Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and HVAC design tools.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and standards.Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Note: Only relevant candidates with outsourcing experience in mechanical engineering should apply.
