They are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join their team. This role is a Full Time / Direct Hire / Permanent position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidate must be able to commute onsite to Pune, Maharashtra, India.**Direct Hire / Permanent / Full Time** **Flexible work schedule**Position Summary: We are looking for a savvy Mid-Level with minimum 4 years; experience in Logic Apps and Power Platform Developer, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using both Microsoft Power Platform and Logic Apps. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and efficient solutions. You will join our growing team of analytics experts.Position Requirements:BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field4+ years of Logic Apps/Power Apps and Power Automate development experience4+ years of JavaScript experience.4+ years of experience with Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.4+ or more years of experience with SQL, data integration tools and data visualization/exploration tools are a plus.Experience in developing canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications.Proficiency in creating automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with multiple systems.Experience with Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for developing secure, external- facing web portals.Familiarity with connectors and data sources like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, and third-party APIs.Ability to implement security measures, such as role-based access controls (RBAC) and data loss prevention (DLP).Knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment management, licensing, and administrative tasks.Experience in troubleshooting Power Platform solutions and resolving technical issues.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Proficient in JavaScript, PowerFX, and other scripting languages used within Power Platform.Experience with Agile or DevOps development practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, and their integration with Power Platform.Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical users.Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools such as Azure DevOps.Good communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business users.Licensing/Certifications:Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are a plus but not required.Red Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
