We are a collective of passionate engineers forging the unseen architecture that shapes the future of a popular US restaurant chain.Turinix, a growing startup based in Andheri West, is looking for two talented and enthusiastic Senior Backend Developers to join our team.In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect behind our robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. You will focus on building high-performance services that manage critical data and business logic, directly impacting the operations and customer experience of a major restaurant chain in the USA.ResponsibilitiesDevelop robust, scalable, and secure backend microservices using Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.Design and implement backend services for large-scale consumer-facing and B2B applications, ensuring high availability and low latency.Integrate and manage applications within a containerized environment (Docker/Kubernetes).Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality, functionality, and maintainability.Manage, optimize, and scale databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues to maintain application stability and performance.Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to define and deliver new features.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying production applications using Go and/or Python.Excellent knowledge in designing and developing highly-available RESTful APIs.Deep understanding of Single-Sign-On (SSO) or token-based authentication (e.g., JWT, OAuth).Mandatory experience with Docker, and familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s) or similar.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.What Turinix OffersThe opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects focused on a real-world business case for a leading restaurant chain in the USA.A collaborative, transparent, and fast-paced work environment where your contributions are highly valued.Competitive salary and benefits package.Chance to learn and grow your skills alongside a talented team and mentor from experienced engineers.Be part of a company making a real difference in the industry.If you're a self-starter with a passion for Backend Development and are eager to contribute to a growing startup, we encourage you to apply!
