This individual will play a critical role in talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, day to day office operations and streamlining operational processes to enhance business efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership & Strategy- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored for the staffing and recruiting industry. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing team. - Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and staffing industry standards.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top-tier talent for both internal and client-facing roles. - Monitor and improve the hiring process, ensuring alignment with client demands and market trends. - Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and hiring partners.Operations & Compliance- Ensure compliance with Indian employment regulations and background checks. - Streamline HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. - Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time for placements.Performance Management & Employee Engagement- Drive a performance-based culture by implementing KPI-driven evaluation processes. - Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve team effectiveness. - Foster a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement programs and retention strategies.Process Improvement & Technology Integration- Implement HR technology and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to enhance hiring efficiency. - Identify process gaps and introduce automation to improve workforce productivity. - Analyze HR and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.Qualifications & Requirements✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.✔️ 8+ years of experience in HR & Operations, preferably in the staffing & recruiting industry (USA & Canada focus preferred).✔️ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.✔️ Proven track record in scaling recruitment operations and improving HR processes.✔️ Experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, and workforce management tools.✔️ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to market changes.Why Join Us?Competitive SalaryOpportunity to work with a growing and dynamic teamLeadership role with decision-making authorityCollaborative and innovative work environment
