Job Title: AccountantExperience Required: 3 to 5 Years Software Knowledge: Tally (Mandatory), Rednote (Optional)Job Description / Scope of Work:We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Tally software to handle end-to-end accounting operations. Knowledge of Rednote accounting software will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes in TallyHandle Accounts Payable (AP) – vendor bills, payment processing, and reconciliationManage Accounts Receivable (AR) – customer invoicing, collections, and outstanding follow-upPerform regular payment follow-ups with customers and vendorsMaintain ledger accounts, journal entries, cash book, and bank bookPrepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)Handle payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, and salary disbursementMaintain employee payroll records and related documentationSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesPrepare MIS reports and financial summaries as required by managementEnsure proper documentation, filing, and accuracy of accounting recordsRequired Skills & Knowledge:3–5 years of accounting experienceStrong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)Knowledge of Rednote software is optional / added advantageGood understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in MS ExcelGood communication and payment follow-up skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailContact : hr@
