It is a key position in ensuring the smooth functioning, reliability, and continuous improvement of OCC (Operations Control Center) systems, including Jeppesen Operations Control, AIMS, Navitaire, SITA/ACARS, and related platforms Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, IT, or related field.- 2–4 years of experience in airline operations, OCC systems, or IT systems management.- Exposure to aviation systems and operational workflows preferred. Skill set: - Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, IATA movement messages, seasonal schedule messages, and ad-hoc schedule messages.- Ability to develop, maintain, and update Excel-based reports to support operational and project analysis.- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, logical formulas, text functions).- Strong understanding of FTPs, SFTPs, MFTs, and cloud migration processes.- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
