Experience - 7 to 12 yearsLocation-PAN IndiaJD below:Pre-Sales - Solution Lead- Lead cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, service lines, domain) to craft winning RFP responses for the BFS vertical - Architect scalable cost-effective IT solution tailored to client requirements. - Drive value proposition narratives - Own end-to-end RFP/RFI response creation: executive summary, technical solution, delivery model, governance, KPIs, and pricing. - Lead oral presentations to articulate solution value. - Conducting client workshops and due diligence on book of work transition & business transformation - Prefer work experience on development, maintenance and support (ADMS) and agile projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in handling multi-million-dollar deals and global delivery models. - Proven experience with Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) RFPs along with new tech exposure - Background in a services-based organization
