Profile : - Operation Cordinator Location : - Banglaore Expereince : - 6 yearsJD : -The job entails analyzing drawings of hotel interiors, furniture layout plans, specifications, and working with our proprietary technology solution to create Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and the corresponding FF&E cost estimates through vendor quotes, for The candidate should be motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment and driven to grow a new line of business.Job Objective: ❖ Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents for FF&E project requirements. ❖ Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices, through ❖ Managing project pre-opening budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs & change orders. ❖ Collate & analyze vendor quotes in a cohesive manner using the technology platform. ❖ To be able to follow-through on assigned tasks. ❖ Able to handle stressful organized, detail-oriented situations well and be proficient in document control.Job Responsibilities:❖ Evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for an FF&E budget. ❖ Engage with the client (remotely) in a structured manner to get all documents/inputs for the budget. ❖ Preparing BOQs from client-issued specifications and layout plans using platform. ❖ Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure. ❖ Sending inquiries or RFQs to different vendors using the technology solution. ❖ Preparing vendor analysis reports using the technology platform. ❖ Reviewing the final platform generated FF&E budget for accuracy and completeness and coordinate with the client for its approval. ❖ Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering exercises (if required), using input data and other dashboard metrics. ❖ To assist the Operations Manager with client correspondence and document preparation. ❖ To maintain records of daily activities online, in accordance with the management directives.Desired Skills and Experience ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Diploma in related field with compensating experience/certifications. ❖ 5-7 years’ experience in draughting, quantity surveying and/or estimations. ❖ Must be technologically adept and quick to learn new technologies and software solutions. ❖ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. ❖ Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment. ❖ Ability to maintain confidentiality is mandatory. ❖ Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and accurately. ❖ Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. ❖ Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and
