With offices in Limassol and Dubai, we're trusted by forward-thinking companies globally that need financial partners with the sophistication to match their ambition.About the RoleAs UI/UX Designer at Neoflow, you will design the interfaces that enable our clients to manage multi-currency banking, payments, and digital asset operations. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll create user experiences at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets that are both sophisticated and intuitive.What You'll Do:Design Product Experiences- Design user interfaces for multi-currency banking dashboards, payment workflows, and crypto transaction management- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications- Design complex financial workflows that are clear, efficient, and accessible to business usersDrive User Research- Conduct user research with clients to understand their banking and payment needs- Gather feedback on existing features and identify opportunities for improvement- Test designs with users and iterate based on real-world usage patternsBuild Design Systems- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our platform- Develop reusable components and patterns for financial interfaces- Document design guidelines and best practices for the teamCollaborate Across Teams- Work with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs from concept to implementation- Partner with Compliance and Operations to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders across the organisationWho You Are:Design Experience - 3-5 years as a UI/UX designer with experience designing web or mobile applicationsDesign Skills - Strong portfolio demonstrating user interface design, interaction design, and user research capabilities; proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design toolsUser-Centred Approach - You understand how to conduct research, gather insights, and translate user needs into elegant design solutionsDetail-Oriented - You think through edge cases, accessibility, and the complete user journeyStrong Communicator - Good English communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearlyCollaborative Team Player - Experience working with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholdersBonus: Experience designing for fintech, banking, payments, or financial services applications; familiarity with designing for regulatory compliance or complex B2B workflowsWhat We Offer:
