Compensation Analyst – Global CoE (Hybrid, Mumbai)Randstad is hiring for a Compensation Analyst on behalf of a global Fortune 500 leader in the consumer goods/food manufacturing sector. This hybrid role, based in Mumbai-Ventura, supports the Global Consulting CoE and reports to the Compensation Leader.Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical support to Senior Compensation Consultant for global cycles such as APR, Competitive Reviews, and P&O Reviews. - Conduct job evaluations, manage ServiceNow requests, and ensure accurate updates in systems like MarketPay. - Perform market analysis, prepare reports, and support compensation benchmarking. - Analyze compensation data, build models, and support cost forecasting. - Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and assist with compensation projects.Requirements:- 5–7 years of experience in Compensation or related HR functions, with exposure to job evaluations. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and compensation tools (MarketPay preferred). - Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.If you meet the criteria and are interested, please apply for this opportunity.
