Heinemann – BBM is looking for Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager for our newly opened retail stores at Noida Airport, India to create memorable shopping experiences for travellers worldwide.As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will :- lead marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth. - plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email print and events. - build and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders, including agencies, landlords, airports and airlines. - manage marketing budgets, calendars, and performance metrics to optimize outcomes. - lead and mentor marketing team to achieve business objectives.What you should bring along :- a degree in Business or Marketing with minimum 8 years of marketing experience and 3 years in leadership role. - strong commercial acumen and familiarity with market, consumer and travel retail trends. - excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills. - proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
