About the Project We are working on a language technology initiative aimed at improving AI understanding of the Konkani language. As part of this project, we are looking for fluent Konkani speakers to participate in a short voice data collection task. Role & Responsibilities Record three separate conversational audio sessions in Konkani with a partner (friend or family member). Each conversation must be 15 minutes long . Conversations should be natural and unscripted , focusing on everyday topics such as: Food Travel Festivals Work life Childhood memories Topics related to politics or religion are not permitted. Requirements Fluency in Konkani (spoken proficiency required). Ability to arrange a second fluent Konkani speaker to participate. Access to a quiet, noise-free environment for recording. Ability to use a mobile app or laptop/PC for audio recording. Reliable internet connection. Time Commitment Approximately 45 minutes total recording time .
