Job Summary We are looking for a highly proactive, sharp, and dependable Management Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can think critically, solve problems independently, manage multiple priorities , and act as a strong coordination bridge between teams. The ideal candidate is active, detail-oriented, solution-driven , and confident in handling responsibilities in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Strong English communication skills and professional maturity are essential. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. Coordinate and attend Zoom/online meetings; take minutes and circulate action points. Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and summaries as required. Handle professional email communication, internal coordination, and follow-ups. Coordination & Content Support Coordinate with internal teams such as Content Writing, Graphic Design, and Video Editing to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Track content schedules, approvals, and dependencies across teams. Ensure smooth communication between departments and leadership. Operations & Process Support Assist in tracking expenses, invoices, basic budgets, and operational records. Maintain structured digital filing systems and documentation. Support leadership with research, data collection, and report preparation. Problem Solving & Ownership Actively identify gaps, delays, or issues and propose practical solutions. Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision. Prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently. Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Represent leadership professionally in internal and external communication. Key Skills & Competencies Core Skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage workload independently. Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Experience using scheduling tools, Zoom, and task-tracking platforms. Basic understanding of content workflows is an advantage. Experience & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Prior experience coordinating with creative/content teams is preferred. Experience in remote work environments is an added advantage. Graduation in Management, English, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
