Job Title

Responsibilities- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Retail solutions, including IS-Retail, S/4HANA Retail, and related modules. - Collaborate with business users to analyze retail processes (e.g., merchandising, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, replenishment). - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments. - Configure core retail processes such as Article Master, Site Master, Pricing, Assortments, and POS interfaces. - Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, SCM, CAR, and F&R). - Provide expert advice on best practices and process optimization in retail operations. - Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and delivery management. - Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the project team. - Stay current with SAP innovations, particularly S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, and SAP FMS.Profile- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with 5+ years in SAP Retail (IS-Retail or S/4HANA Retail). - Strong knowledge of retail master data, pricing, promotions, merchandise management, and POS integration - Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects within the retail industry. - Good understanding of integration points between SAP Retail and modules like MM, SD, and FI. - Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. - Ability to work independently and lead small to mid-size project teams. - SAP certification in Retail or S/4HANA is an added advantage.
