SAC PlanningLocation: Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractAbout the Role:ANP Consulting, in collaboration with a Big 4 firm, is seeking a highly experienced SAC Planning professional with strong solution ownership and delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end SAC Planning implementations, covering planning model design, data actions, allocations, forecasting workflows, and integrated reporting, while ensuring alignment with business planning processes, accuracy of outputs, and on-time delivery.This role requires a hands-on planning expert who can independently lead client discussions, translate business planning needs into scalable SAC Planning solutions, guide development teams, and ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAC Planning projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. - Design and build planning models, data actions, advanced formulas, allocations, validation rules, and multi-version forecasts. - Deliver projects within defined timelines while ensuring alignment with best practices and governance standards. - Develop and optimize planning models, predictive analytics, and what-if scenarios in SAC. - Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, HANA, and non-SAP data sources. - Provide technical and functional leadership, guiding junior consultants and ensuring solution consistency. - Conduct solution design workshops, perform quality reviews, and manage delivery milestones. - Stay updated on the latest SAC innovations and implement relevant features to enhance solution performance.Required Skills & Experience:- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAC Planning. - Experience in SAC Planning input forms and reports, data actions, master data maintenance and data extraction from the source system via datasphere or CDS views by establishing connections. - Proven experience in project delivery, client interaction, and end-to-end solution ownership. - Strong understanding of data modelling, HANA views, calculation views, and data blending. - Hands-on expertise in SAC Planning Models, Smart Predict, and Advanced Formulas. - Familiarity with BEx Queries, SAP Datasphere, and HANA security concepts (advantageous).Good to Have:- SAP Certification in SAC / HANA / BW. - Exposure to SAP BPC, Group Reporting, or other EPM tools. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
