LTIMindtree is seeking a Test Automation Architect role in Chennai.- Enterprise Strategy, Supporting Sales, Customer presentations, . Consulting, Enterprise Assessments , Solutioning, Customer Escalation handling, Pre-Sales, Account Mining, Account Connects, Assisting Academy, Strategy definitions, Delivery Challenges, Capacity Hiring assistance, RFP /RFI/ RFQ, POC assistance, Due Diligence, Transition, Transformation and Bringing projects to Steady State, Involved in responding Active & Pro-Active Proposals, Sales/Pre-Sales Support, Leveraging AI/ML as per the current trend in the market which impacts the customer. - 15+ years of Test Automation experience with at least 8+ Years in role of Automation Architect - Experience in creating enterprise Test automation strategy & Road map, Capacity Planning - Contribute to the design & architecture of automation projects. - Excellent knowledge of Building and creating & maintaining Test Automation Frameworks - Excellent in Oral, written communication & Documentation Skills - Assist in on-going process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient. - Metrics definitions & System level thinking - Customer Facing Experience is a must. - Should have very strong analytical skills and should be able to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components and should be able to drive to benefit from its contents for future usage. - Agile/Lean methodologies experience - Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices. - Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates. - Work with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection - Do Code reviews, verify coding standards are being met. - Work with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management - Able to shadow developers and document the test Plan, test scripts, test scenarios etc - Hands-on ability to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure - Assess the problem statement and arrive at the innovative solutions. - Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers. - Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams. - Knowledge and applicability of AI/ML in automation is added advantage.LTIMindtree is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
