Join us to create solutions that matter.Role Overview As a Mechanical/Structural Design Engineer in our R&D team, you will lead the design and development of structural components and systems for advanced AC and refrigeration products. You will work onconcept-to-production projects , ensuring innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities Exploration of New Technology:Stay updated on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Conceptualization & Design:Translate ideas into actionable design plans for new projects. Detailed Engineering Design:Develop in-depth engineering designs for AC & REF products, including 3D models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with ID, Simulation, Tooling, Production, and QA teams. Project Development:Oversee the entire project lifecycle using tools likeDFMEA, DFM, DFS, PERT Chart , ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets. Quality Assurance:ApplyTolerance Stack-Up and GD&Tstandards for precision and reliability. Cost Management:Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Technical Skills Required Hands-on experience withUnigraphics NX or Creofor 3D modeling and design. Strong knowledge ofstructural parts and thermal systems . Understanding ofair conditioner working principles and critical design parameters .Qualifications B.Tech / M.Techin Mechanical Engineering from apremium engineering institute . 5–8 years of experiencein AC/ REF structural design and development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
