We are looking for a FileNet Lead Support Specialist to join our team and support our client in managing and enhancing IBM FileNet-based applications.Role OverviewAs a Lead Support Specialist, you will:- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for IBM FileNet applications. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism. - Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and performance tuning. - Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and AMS best practices. - Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.Must-Have Skills- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, customization, and support). - Expertise in IBM Datacap for document capture and processing. - Experience in Blue Prism for RPA development and support.Other Requirements- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in English. - Ability to work in client-facing roles and global delivery environments.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and AMS support. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
