Responsibilities• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to balance reliability with feature velocity and ensure optimal system availability.• Respond to production incidents during business hours, conduct post-mortem analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce MTTR and improve system resilience.• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and applications.• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using automation tools.• Implement security best practices and participate in vulnerability assessments.• Manage and maintain on-premises & cloud-based infrastructure.• Participate in capacity planning and system design to support scalability and future growth.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows and processes.• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications• 4~6 years experiences• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Proven experience as a SRE, DevOps Engineer or similar role.• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Harbor.• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps using Fortify, SonarQube, Blackduck.• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher.• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python.• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible.• Hands-on experience with on-premises or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).• Understanding of networking, security, and system administration.• Experience with observability and monitoring tools to track system health and performance.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsDisclaimer:As part of your application, your personal data will be processed exclusively for recruitment-related purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
