Teleperformance is Hiring || Manager – Talent Excellence || ChennaiTeleperformance is looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Excellence with strong expertise in handling Employee Grievances & HRBP responsibilities.Location: ChennaiShifts: Rotational ShiftsWeek Offs: RotationalKey Responsibilities- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and satisfaction- Manage employee grievance redressal with empathy, fairness & timely resolution- Provide advisory support to employees and leadership on HR policies and practices- Build a positive workplace culture through proactive employee experience initiatives- Work closely with operations & leadership teams for people-centric decisions- Conduct employee connect programs, skip-level meetings, exit discussions, etc.- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance & disciplinary processesRequired Experience & Skills- 5–8 years of relevant HRBP / Employee Relations / Talent Excellence experience- Excellent communication, conflict resolution & stakeholder management skills- Ability to work under high-pressure environments with a solution-oriented approach- Proven track record in grievance handling & employee satisfaction improvement
