Role: Configuration Analyst (US Healthcare)Job DescriptionExp: 3 to 12 yearsLocation: Chennai, Trivandrum, KochiWork Mode: HybridWe are looking for a highly skilled Configuration Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain, preferably with experience in Health Rules Payor or similar platform-based healthcare products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment.Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Healthcare domain, including Payor operations. - Plan, execute, and support configuration activities within Agile sprints. - Design and configure Core Administration systems for Claims processing, Clinical Operations, and CAPS. - Conduct reviews to ensure adherence to configuration best practices and coding standards. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the Configuration team; supervise Configuration Analysts as required. - Schedule, track, and monitor configuration tasks and deliverables. - Provide timely status updates to the Project Manager, including reporting risks and issues. - Support the onshore team in preparing materials for sprint demos. - Oversee the promotion of configuration changes across environments and maintain the configuration gold environment, ensuring timely backups. - Collaborate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings and Program Office all-hands sessions, representing the Configuration track. - Perform unit testing of configurations and support Testing Services (SIT/UAT) by resolving reported issues. - Manage configuration documentation and ensure all materials are up to date. - Work under the guidance of the Configuration Lead to deliver high-quality configuration solutions.Required Skills- Configuration expertise - Strong Healthcare and Payor domain knowledge - Experience with HealthRules Payor or similar healthcare platforms - Agile development experience - Excellent communication and collaboration skillsIf interested, request to kindly share your updated resume to Akshara.jv@
