Job Title: Sales Executive (Membership Sales)Department: Front Desk Sales / Business DevelopmentLocation: Any WTF Gym CenterReports To: Sales Manager / Cluster HeadCTC: Competitive + High Incentives (Target Driven)Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive membership sales, deliver exceptional customer experience, and achieve monthly revenue targets.This is a performance-oriented role for someone who loves selling, engaging people, and converting walk-ins into members.Key Responsibilities1. Membership Sales & Conversions- Achieve monthly membership sales targets and revenue goals. - Handle walk-ins, leads, inquiries, and trials and convert them into membership sales. - Give gym tours, explain membership plans, PT packages, and promotional offers. - Follow a strong sales pitch, upsell PT packages, and maximize conversions.2. Lead Management- Follow up on leads from online platforms, calls, referrals, and footfall. - Maintain daily follow-up tracker and update CRM regularly. - Ensure high lead-to-sale conversion ratio.3. Customer Relationship Management- Understand customer fitness needs and recommend the right membership plan. - Maintain a friendly and positive attitude with members. - Address grievances professionally and escalate serious issues to the manager.4. Front Desk Operations (Basic)- Manage reception desk, greet members, and maintain center discipline. - Support in daily reports, sales MIS, and membership documentation.5. Team Collaboration- Coordinate with trainers, center managers, and marketing teams to achieve center targets. - Participate in sales events, outreach activities, and local promotions.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong sales and communication skills - Excellent persuasion & negotiation ability - Confident personality with customer-centric approach - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets - Smart, energetic, and proactive - Basic computer and CRM knowledgeQualification & Experience- HSC / Graduate preferred - 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry - Freshers with good communication and passion for fitness can also apply
