We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join our Online Commerce Product Line. This role will be critical in driving analytics strategy, enabling insight generation, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to inform product and business decisions.Key Responsibilities- Analytics Roadmap & Strategy - Define and own the product analytics roadmap for BHN Online Commerce. - Partner with product managers in brainstorming, research, hypothesis building, and reporting to drive product decisions. - Implementation & Reporting - Lead instrumentation and ingestion of analytics tags across end-to-end user journeys. - Debug and validate analytics implementation and data flows. - Create dashboards for new features, experiments, A/B tests, and existing functional areas. - Deliver regular front-end analytics reports to wider stakeholder groups. - Insight Generation & Optimization - Generate insights to identify customer journey gaps, opportunities, and areas of optimization. - Conduct attribution modeling, path analysis, cohort analysis, and CRO experiments to improve conversion and engagement. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and product teams. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and leadership to align on KPIs and business outcomes. - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance data pipelines and models. - Present findings and recommendations in a concise, compelling manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in digital analytics and product data analysis. - Strong expertise in front-end analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Adobe suite covering AEP, RTCDP, CJA, and Tableau. - Proficiency in SQL/MySQL with ability to write advanced queries (CTEs, joins, aggregations, window functions). - Experience with tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Segment.io). - Proven ability to design, run, and analyze A/B tests and CRO experiments (VWO, Adobe Target, Google Optimize). - Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Data Studio. - Understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, campaign ROI tracking, segmentation, and attribution models. - BE/MBA degree preferred.Soft Skills & Core Competencies- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis. - Proactive problem solver with a bias for action and solution-oriented thinking. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. - Experience working in global, agile environments with cross-functional teams.Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills- Knowledge of JavaScript/DOM debugging for analytics implementation. - Familiarity with server-side tracking, first-party data strategies, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA). - Experience with eCommerce platforms and user journey optimization.Role Expectations & Feedback Focus- Show proactiveness and accountability in delivery. - Provide high-quality, well-structured insights and outputs. - Ensure timely responses and communication across channels.
