Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Human Resources Executive, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering employee engagement to support business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in HR Management and HR OperationsExperience and proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR PoliciesSolid understanding of Human Resources practices and processesExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in HR within consulting or corporate environments is advantageous
