Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer – Experience Strategy & Product Innovation Location:Bengaluru, India Experience:7+ Years Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are seeking a seasonedSenior UX/UI Designerwith a passion for user-centric design and a strong foundation inUX discovery, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is driven to uncover deep user insights that shape meaningful digital experiences.Key Responsibilities: LeadUX discoveryefforts by analysing user behaviour, research data, and competitive benchmarks to identify design opportunities. Conductjourney mappingexercises to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations across touchpoints. Facilitatedesign thinking workshopsto align stakeholders around user problems and co-create innovative solutions. Translate insights intostrategic design recommendations , wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring accessibility, usability, and delight. Present design concepts and rationale effectively to diverse audiences, incorporating feedback iteratively.Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work. Proven expertise inUX research ,journey mapping , andexperience strategy . Proficiency in design tools such asFigma. Strong understanding ofuser-centric design principles ,interaction design , andvisual design . Gather and assessexperience requirementsfor new or enhanced products. Practicereusabilityby leveraging or expanding thedesign systemand platform capabilities. Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to lead workshops and align cross-functional teams. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metrics) to derive actionable insights.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, enterprise platforms, or complex web applications. Bachelor’s degree(preferred emphasis on Service Design, Experience Architecture, or Information Architecture) or equivalent experience.
