We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants for STATUTORY AUDIT one of the top CA firms in BangaloreSenior Executive• CA with 1+ year PQE• 80%+ experience in Statutory Audit (Indian practice)Assistant Manager (AM)• CA with 2+ years PQE from a Top 30 CA firm• 80%+ experience in Statutory Audit (Indian practice)Manager• CA with 4.5+ years PQE from a Top 8 CA firm• 80%+ experience in Statutory Audit (Indian practice)JOB DESCRIPTION:Your job responsibilities will include, Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion. Manage and mentor a team of audit staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. Review financial statements prepared under Ind AS and I-GAAP, ensuring compliance withapplicable standards and regulatory requirements. Experience of drafting audit reports. Should have practical knowledge about CARO 2020,Schedule III etc. Manage client communication, address audit queries, and maintain strong professionalrelationships. Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation and archival of all audit workpapers inline with firm policies and regulatory expectations. Coordinate with engagement partner and other departments for smooth audit execution.Note - * The job-responsibilities mentioned here are representations on a broaderspectrum. The actual work may include some deviation from these.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: CA-qualified professional with 1–5 years of experience in Statutory Audit. Proven experience in managing audit teams and end-to-end client engagements. Strong understanding of Ind AS, and Companies Act requirements. Should be aware about latest amendments in Ind AS, Companies Act 2013 etc relevant forstatutory audit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to documentation quality. Should be willing to give long term commitment and maintain and enhance quality in audit.
