Job Locations: Pan India(Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata , Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Trivandrum)Responsibilities- Building integration on Dell Boomi - Developing and building the key Business structure and setup in WFD - Working with the core group to plan the migration from WFC to WFD - Willingness to work along with the team during all priority scenariosQualifications- Experience with UKG Pro/Dimensions Implementation (configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer - Hands on Experience with WFD Configuration of Business Structure Advanced Scheduling Analytics & Forecasting - Dell Boomi Integration Device Configuration Mobile configuration - Experience with following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities - Have good experience with integrations using Dell Boomi - Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting - Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. - Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis - Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc. - Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems - Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements - Develop documentation for systems and processes
