About SnooplaySnooplay is building a vertical quick commerce platform for babies & kids — curated assortment, fast fulfilment, and a supply chain built for speed + trust.Location: Delhi NCR Type: Full-timeWHAT THIS ROLE IS -This is a high-ownership ops role. You’ll be the person who makes things happen—vendor onboarding, procurement, private label execution, and solving daily ops chaos with calm structure.What you’ll own:Run private label operations across marketplaces + quick commerce: listing readiness, packaging readiness, dispatch readiness, and replenishment coordination, inventory forecasting.End-to-end follow-ups on manufacturing timelines, MOQs, pricing, QC, packaging, dispatches, and documentation of private label. Onboard & manage vendors: brands/distributors, packaging + printing vendors, logistics partners, local suppliers, etcTake messy ops problems (stockouts, delays, packaging breakage, cancellations) and drive them to closure.Build simple SOPs + trackers + dashboards so operation become predictable.This is a generalist, high-ownership role - so beyond the core ops charter, you may also support offline BD acquisitions, jump in with the dark store team as needed, and coordinate across stakeholders (tech, marketing, warehouse, category, and external partners) to get things done end-to-end.
