SAP LE Business Analyst (6–10 Years Experience)Key Responsibilities1. SAP LE Functional ExpertiseLead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE modules including:Shipping: Delivery processing, shipment creation, route determination, and freight costmanagement.Warehouse Management (WM): Inventory control, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and binmanagement.Transportation: Planning, execution, and freight settlement.2. Interface & Integration ManagementDesign and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, carriers, WMS,TMS). Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) to ensure robust and secure dataexchange. Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues and ensure data consistency.3. Business Process AnalysisAnalyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.4. Project ExecutionLead or support SAP LE-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, FI) for integrated solutions.5. Testing & DocumentationPrepare test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support UAT.Document configurations, process flows, and training materials.6. Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solution alignment.Provide training and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Experience6–10 years of experience in SAP LE (Shipping, WM, Transportation).Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware tools (PI/PO, CPI).Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and EWM modules.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
