Project Execution & DeliveryOwn complete lifecycle of residential construction projects from mobilization to handoverPrepare and manage project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and execution plansCoordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to drawings and specificationsTrack progress, costs, and risks; proactively resolve site-level issuesConduct regular site meetings and share clear updates with clients and internal stakeholders2. Client Management & RepresentationAct as the primary SPOC for homeowners during constructionBuild strong client confidence through clear communication and professional conductHandle client walkthroughs, reviews, and milestone sign-offsManage expectations and ensure a smooth, stress-free construction experience3. Ambassador & Spokesperson RoleRepresent Janit professionally at sites, meetings, and client interactionsUphold Janit’s values, quality standards, and execution discipline at all timesBe a visible brand ambassador who inspires trust among clients, vendors, and partners4. Sales Enablement & Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for referrals, repeat projects, and upsells from existing clientsSupport the sales team during client meetings, site visits, and technical discussionsAssist in converting warm leads through site credibility and execution expertiseActively contribute to business growth by building strong local networks with vendors, architects, and consultantsRequired Skills & Experience6 to 8 years of experience in independent house construction (villas, duplexes, G+ floors)Strong knowledge of RCC, civil works, finishes, MEP coordination, and site executionProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projectsCommercial understanding of costs, margins, BOQs, and billing stagesConfident communicator with strong client-facing skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort in supporting sales and growthDesired TraitsOwnership-driven and accountableCalm under pressure and solution-orientedHigh integrity and attention to detailComfortable being on-site and client-facing dailyLong-term mindset aligned with building a strong brand, not just finishing a projectWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within budget, and to quality benchmarksHigh client satisfaction and positive referralsStrong site discipline and predictable executionContribution to new business through trust and credibility
