Job Description· Monitors the project workload of the teams.· Analyzes the demand for resources.· Plans project work at the creative and design departments – defines priorities, allocates duties, sets deadlines.· Coordinates the work of creative teams.· Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management).· Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities.· Solves routine project issues.· Supports routine communication between the teams.· Prepares short-term and long-term action plans.Qualifications· Minimum 4+ year of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry.· Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production.· Basic knowledge of 360° marketing activities.· Experience with managing production projects (concept / design / e-commerce design / copywriting / motion design / UX).· Ability to build project teams.· Highly developed analytical skills.· Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project management (e.g., Agile, Jira, Toggl).· Ability to plan and organize the work of the team.· Initiative and independence in action.· Fluent command of English.
